About
I am an applied finance theorist working on topics related to financial intermediation. My research studies how financial intermediaries affect the stability and efficiency of the financial system, with a focus on liquidity provision, regulation, and information frictions in banking and financial markets.
Before joining NYU Stern, I was an Assistant Professor of Finance at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. I received my Ph.D. in Economics from New York University and my undergraduate and master’s degrees in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
